How Much Does a Luxury Apartment in Dallas Cost in 2026?
August 3, 2026Dallas has added tens of thousands of luxury units in the past decade, and every one of those buildings will tell you it’s in the perfect location. As locators who tour these communities year-round, here’s where we’d actually send you – and who each neighborhood fits best.
- Uptown. The flagship. Walkable, social, and stacked with high-rises along McKinney Avenue and the Katy Trail. Expect to pay for it – this is the priciest concentration of rentals in the city, and worth it if the lifestyle is the point.
- Victory Park. High-rise living next to the American Airlines Center with skyline views and a quick walk to Uptown. Great for sports fans and anyone who wants tower amenities without McKinney Avenue foot traffic.
- Downtown & the Arts District. Converted historic towers and new builds with the city’s best museum-and-dining access. Weekends are quieter than Uptown – a feature for some, a bug for others.
- Knox/Henderson. Boutique mid-rises between the Katy Trail and some of Dallas’s best restaurants. More neighborhood-feel than tower-feel; leases here move fast.
- Oak Lawn & Turtle Creek. Tree-lined, elegant, and slightly removed from the bustle, with creekside high-rises that are among the most graceful addresses in Dallas.
- Deep Ellum. Live-music history, murals, and newer mid-rises for renters who want energy and edge over polish. Prices run friendlier than Uptown.
- Las Colinas. The value play: lakefront luxury, resort amenities, and roughly $650/month below Uptown averages, ten minutes from DFW Airport.
- The Design District. Galleries and showrooms by day, an emerging apartment market by night – newer buildings along the Trinity levee with quick access to everything.
Every one of these neighborhoods has standout buildings and buildings we’d steer you past – and the difference rarely shows up in listing photos. Tell us your budget, commute, and lifestyle, and we’ll match you to the right neighborhood and the right building inside it. The search is free; the community pays our fee.
